Upon check-in staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was of good size and all appointments were good. The only thing I could possibly say could be better was the length of glass in the bath shower. It could have been longer which would limit the amount of water that went on the floor.
Bed was very comfortable.

No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed us. Then he produced 4 tall glasses.
