"The property is filthy. The manager refused to meet with me to discuss any of the issues. The dumpsters aren't properly kept. They're not closed and theyre not fenced in. Bathrooms are dirty. The couch in room 140 is stained. Carpets are stained in multiple rooms. I could hear the mice in the walls."
