"The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good and varied each day. Although close to the main road it was quiet. My own bed was a lot higher so it took a bit of time adjusting to the lower bed"

When we checked in the front desk stated the phones were out because someone tripped over the wires and they ripped out the wall. Tried for 2 days! I was unhappy and disappointed with everyone passing the buck and was not able to help. "

"The room and staff are just ok however, I was extremely disappointed in not having at least a free continental breakfast! Sure, you can buy breakfast for $15 but considering the price you pay to stay here, that’s ridiculous for a Four Points hotel! I’ve stayed at Four Points before and had a much better experience than this one. I will not stay here again."

"Rooms were just ok. Barhroom needs update and good cleanung . Balcony doors don't reduce the noise at all. Was really hard to fall asleep because of all other guest noise on balconies and pool area even at 11pm. Weed smell right outside elevators in hallways. Would not recommend it if you come with kids."

"The property was clean and modern. Room was nicely laid out. Sharp looking bathroom. Staff was overall very helpful. Outlets in the pool room weren't working and they fixed it promptly. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs didn't look good. No glasses for juice. It appeared staff had a hard time keeping up with the deluge of folks ready to eat."
