You are within 30 minutes of Myrtle Beach and a 90 minute day trip to Charleston! Enjoy the your vacation in the South Carolina Low Country. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath second floor (stairs only, NO elevator) unit is located on the spectacular 17th green of the True Blue Golf Course in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. You can end your day of golf, shopping, sightseeing or beachcombing on the screened balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course. Smart TV in the living area and TVs in all bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit and all linens. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, master bath and walk in closet with access to the balcony. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bedroom has a king bed. True Blue features an award winning golf course as well as shared pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. This 3 bedroom condo is on the second floor with stair only access. The parking in True Blue is restricted, work vehicles with tools or racks, trailers, RVs and motorcycles are prohibited from overnight parking. Pawleys Island is a seaside community with excellent local shopping and restaurants. You are within 10 minutes drive of the beach and fishing. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within 15 minutes. Conveniently located between Historic Georgetown to the south and Myrtle Beach to the north. True Blue is located west of Hwy 17 which puts us about a 10 minute drive from the beaches. The closest beach is far beyond walking distance. There are several pools on property with one pool about a 200 meters walk. Specific to this unit, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this unit and hopefully will have the chance to visit, again, in the future. Host was VERY detailed in so many ways that it made locating the unit, checking in, etc. VERY easy. Everything in the unit is organized, appliances are modern (we actually have the same microwave at home! The condo is adequate, could use a few updates. Unfortunately, the condo is on the second floor & the occupants above were very loud, day & night. The noise barriers are very poor between the floors. True Blue is quite a distance from the beach but it does has a nice restaurant for breakfast & lunch, which we enjoyed. The view out the back was a bonus, too. Awesome place. Close to the beach, pools, great get away. Neighbors are great also if you have little kids. The condo is very spacious and clean. It’s also equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable too. The location was wonderful. The screened in balcony has a great view of the entire 17th hole and is situated very close to the green. There are so many golf courses, restaurants and shopping centers within a few miles. The beach is also a short car ride away. We spent a lot of time in Murrells Inlet which is only about 15 minutes north. The Marsh walk area has several bar/restaurants right on the water.
