The manager of the property was very helpful from the time we rented the house and during the whole stay. He was on property most days, doing work around the yard or in the empty houses. He even recommended restaurants that were fabulous. Our house was clean and had everything we needed. I do have to be totally honest and say that the motel next door made me a little nervous, but it was quiet at night and we had no problems. Easy walk to the beach. The location was great, any break there was in the storm we took advantage and walked over to the beach. We love that they already had kid's toys and beach chairs, ready for us to use. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were able to feed our family of 8 and 2 dogs without any problem. Multiple times we had 3 people showering at once and had little to no problem maintaining hot water. Communication with James was easy and check in/out instructions were very clear. James was a wonderful host who checked in before the trip and during to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfect for a trip to the beach. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs and they were provided treats and the property had potty bags available near the lawn area of the property. I loved that the beach was just a block away and the access was there if we needed to drive our vehicle over as well. There were lots of food places and a nice grocery store nearby. My favorite spots was sitting on the deck looking out at the ocean and watching the fireworks a couple of nights while we were there. Lastly I had work while I was there and the wifi was super fast. House wasnt the cleanest but not a mess by any means. James was great to work with. Neighboring hotels are a bit on the sketchy side. Overall, would recommend. ##### Larsen B. Location had easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. Welcome inbox arrived in a timely manner and included all information needed. The furbaby did not want to leave! Just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach - very easy access. Owner supplied beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels (all nice perks). All furniture in house was comfortable and the floorplan was a great set-up for our crew (two teens and two adults). We did have a bit of difficulty getting in to the keyless lock at arrival, but one quick call (which was answered immediately) took care of everything. Excellent customer service! ##### Kim F. The townhouse was as advertised. The owners made sure everything you need is there—right down to beach towels. The house was very clean and well equipped.
