The complex is directly on the ocean, allowing the unit to have an amazing view of the ocean. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Just a short drive away, you will find several attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: There is a complex elevator. Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Fire stick TV - select TV channels + streaming. Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: Access to a small private balcony with views of the ocean (Not able to sit on - not wide). 1 Queen bed. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi. Routine Pest Control happens on the second Tuesday of February, April, June, August, October, & December. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. The water heater is only a half size and, therefore, can quickly run out of hot water when doing consistent laundry, showers, etc. It will quickly refill - but we like guests to be aware! ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. Our stay at Pelican’s Watch was nothing short of perfect! The condo was clean, spacious, and felt just like home – but with an unbeatable ocean view. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves. The beach is just steps away, and the pool was never too crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect – close to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, but still peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better beach getaway.
