- Welcome to Sand Dunes North Tower #702! This spacious 3BR/2BA ocean view condo offers stunning views, easy beach access, and resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, an arcade, and fun zone. Offers one king suite, and two queens in each guest bedroom. Please note: Sands Resort Waterpark and Lazy River access are not included. Parking is available in the North Tower and Singleton garage. Enjoy the perfect Myrtle Beach getaway with family or friends! Only 2 parking spots available for this unit. No Motorcycles allowed. Golf carts are allowed.
