The room was very nice and some things that needs addressed is the balcony door was hard to open and the bathroom sink had a leak.

Weekend getaway

The resort property itself is in need of some repairs however the room that we stayed in was even more than we had expected. The views were perfect and the room was very comfortable. I enjoyed our weekend very much.

Neglected condo

The bed was comfortable. The riom looked like the pictures, but not recent pictures. The whole place needs a deep clean and maintenance issues fixed. Host said to go to front desk for a parking pass, but was told there was no such thing. Parking was a nightmare. Also it was advertised as oceanfront but it was not. Balcony is ocean view but door is very hard to open. There is a building in front of this one so this is not oceanfront. Disappointing. There is no pool. It is closed and appears it has been for a long time. Read all reviews before booking. Pictures are misleading

Wasn't a seaside splendor

The view was great the bed was comfortable the jacuzzi tub was nice but we had to pay for parking the pool would have been an additional charge no laundry wasnt on premises had trouble locating the hotel and was left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days so had to go buy that

A GREAT TIME!

My stay was absolutely nothin less than amazing! The jacuzzi tub, the view, the environment everything was on point! I’ll definitely be staying again! Dishes were a bit dirty but nothing I couldn’t wash. A great time for sure! Best way to bring in my 23rd fashoo!

Myrtle Beach condo

The location and view was great. The quality of the too was not good at all. The ceiling looked like it had mold on it the jacuzzi tub was running water from the time we stepped in the room and the light fixture had rust on them.

Perfect Honeymoon Stay!!!

We loved it here! It's right on the beach - we kept the sliding glass door open at night so we could hear the ocean while we slept! The bed was comfortable and spacious. The hottub was also spacious and relaxing. The location is also perfect for beach access and super close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Sherry was amazing as well - welcoming and helpful. Super fast responses. We would definitely stay with her again! Not a single complaint. 5+ stars!!!

Horrible experience

This place was totally misrepresented. There were pools but they were closed. There is only one bed in this room, not two. We were told we could smoke there and then we were evicted because we were smoking on the balcony. Also, we were told don't worry about checking in and paying the $20 a day parking pass but if we had not paid it we had possible towing of our vehicle. I will never stay here again. Horrible experience

Waste of money, Do not book

The room doesn't look as advertised. There was no remote so we couldn't watch tv. The heart shape tub doesn't have a stopper to hold water in it so we couldn't take a bath. The air conditioning unit has a loud windy whistling noise so we are sleep deprived on our vacation.The host didn't do anything to rectify any of the issues but offer a discount for our next stay in which will not be happening.

Beachfront Bliss with a Few Minor Hiccups

Our stay was truly enjoyable, featuring a prime beachfront location and outstanding customer service from Sherry. The room was clean and well-kept, with photos that accurately represented the space. Although the views were somewhat obstructed, they still provided a glimpse of the ocean, and we appreciated having a patio, despite the door being slightly off track. While some pools were closed for renovations, this did not significantly affect our experience, especially with the hotel's beachfront access. The bed was firm, which may align with some preferences, but it wasn't the best fit for us. The WiFi signal in the room was a bit weak, but we easily found a stronger connection in the lobby or nearby venues. The in-room TV offered a limited selection of channels, but with the beach just a short walk away, we spent most of our time relishing the ocean breeze, breathtaking views, and shopping. In summary, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, welcoming staff, and stunning beachfront setting.

Host Made Stay Sour; Room Issues

Check-in was a breeze; very easy. Host forgot to leave a parking pass application so you have to go to the registration office. A/C was not working properly for entirety of stay. We notified host and she tried but was unable to fix it before we left. After requesting a refund and leave, the host was unwilling to cancel due to “cancellation fees” she would have acquired. Instead, she offered us to open the windows and sliding door so the breeze would cool the room. Following that conversation, she began threatening our stay. Beware. Additionally, the bathroom sink does not drain. The grout throughout the entire unit looks like it has never been cleaned so definitely wear your shoes/socks. I will definitely state that the breeze did cool off the room enough to get sleep. The jacuzzi in room was great. Loved that addition. Be aware of these cosmetic issues before reserving.

wouldn’t book again

we were supposed to check in at 4pm, but received no room number or door code until 2 hours after check in. after 2 hours of calling, texting, and waiting, sherry finally gave us the check in info, but told us we couldn’t go to our room yet because it hadn’t been cleaned. sherry did accommodate us with another room about 15-20 blocks away, which was nice, but it wasn’t the room we had booked. we waited for our original room to be ready until about 9pm, when we decided to just stay at the place she had put us. at around 7am the next day, sherry texted me that the room was ready and she hoped that we had gone there on our own. obviously we had not. sherry did allow us to enjoy our original room for a few hours after checkout, but we didn’t stay long. both rooms had nice views, but this room was very dirty. my feet were nearly black after walking in this room barefoot for 30 minutes. there was hair stuck in the headboard of the bed. the tub was dirty, even after we washed it, and there were visible food crumbs on the floor. windows so dirty you could barely see through them. nonetheless, we are all human and sherry’s accommodation were appreciated.

Dirty room. Communication lacking

Pros: Beautiful views, comfortable bed, good location, host let us check in early Cons: Filthy! It's clear this room had not been cleaned in quite some time when we arrived. There was trash and hair all over the floor so we had to sweep, then go out to buy cleaning supplies so we could clean/disinfect. The floor was so dirty I threw my socks away after walking across it and wore shoes inside all weekend. The pillowcases had hair and stains on them. Luckily there were extras in the closet. There was one washcloth for two people for the weekend so we had to buy those, too. The blanket on the chaise lounge (which had a huge hole in it) had crusty white stains on it. Mold is growing in the ceiling. Anything metal was rusted. The curtains and bathroom light fixture were falling down. The TV had no cable service and the Wi-Fi signal for the resort was too weak to reach the upper floors. There is no kitchenette, only a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some random silverware. The indoor pool and hot tub was closed as well. Contacted the host who responded FIVE HOURS later and only after contacting VRBO. She was only concerned about the Wi-Fi issue (which still didn't work) and the pool being closed. That's it. This listing should be removed from VRBO!
