Upgrades include new stainless appliances, granite counters in kitchen, bedding, furniture, paint, décor and more! The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sea Oaks 310 has 2 TVs, a DVD player and WIFI. The Sea Oaks complex amenities include an oceanfront pool, gazebo for shaded seating and an elevator. This property is non-smoking and does NOT allow pets. Limit 2 parking passes. No trailers or golf carts allowed. Mini Vacations (nightly stays) are available in the offseason- Please call and speak with a reservationist for details. Sea Oaks is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County.
