Our renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Arcadian Dunes combines comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. The community offers everything you need to relax and play, including two swimming pools, a sauna, picnic areas with grills, and even a bar & restaurant, Harry the Hats — perfect for when you want to stay close to home. The space Located on the 3rd floor (walk-up), the condo is bright and thoughtfully furnished for your stay. Kitchen – Fully equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and abundant natural light, it’s ready for everything from a quick snack to a holiday meal. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: King Bed + Twin Futon Second Bedroom: Queen Bed + Twin Bed Living Room: Sofa Bed That’s 5 separate beds — plenty of room so everyone has their own space. Balcony – Start your mornings with coffee in the sunshine or wind down with the evening breeze. The closet by the entryway contains all the beach gear you might need: umbrellas, a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and toys. The closest beach access is Hibben Memorial Public Beach — just a 6–8 minute walk (or 2-minute drive) straight down Lake Arrowhead Road. That access point has bathrooms and an outdoor shower for your convenience. Other things to note This is a 3rd floor walk-up with no elevator. No motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on property (per HOA rules).
