Reservations made within 72 hours of arrival MUST check in at our office by 6pm! Late arrivals must be approved and arranged at the time of booking. SEAWATCH RESORT consists of 2 beautiful towers located directly on our beach nestled conveniently between the city of Myrtle Beach and the city of North Myrtle Beach. Outlet shopping is just up the road. This 1 Bedroom Condo is located DIRECT OCEAN FRONT on the 10TH FLOOR of the North Tower. Take in our breathtaking East Coast sunrises while having your morning coffee or watch the dolphins play from your living room! This beautifully decorated unit sleeps 4 with two double beds. The FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN comes with all of the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils, etc. for those days when you just want to dine in and relax. During the day, you can relax on our beautiful beach or take a dip in on of the 6 pools at the towers. In the cooler off season, 2 of the pools are covered and heated. Or, grab a tube and lazily float around in one of the 2 lazy rivers. There are 10 hot tubs in various areas on the property, 2 of them are covered and heated in the cooler off season. A new addition to the resort is the fire pit area where you can sit and relax fireside while listening to the ocean waves roll in. The young ones will love the loggerhead beach area playground which has slides, a mini rock wall, table tennis, picnic tables and chairs for the parents to relax in the shade while the children play (located behind South Tower parking garage). There is a game-room/arcade for the older children to enjoy. Onsite dining includes: The Captain's Cove, which has a full breakfast buffet and is also open for lunch. For something lighter, visit Captain's Nook which serves sandwiches, ice cream, shakes and Starbuck's Coffee. While at the pool or in the evening, grab a frozen tropical drink at the oceanfront tiki bar. After a relaxing day on the beach, in the evening, venture out to see all that the area has to offer. Your only problem will be finding enough time to do everything that you want to during your vacation. Inquire about last minute open dates on calendars that can't be booked online BED SETUPS ARE NOW INCLUDED. One thing we struggled with is that there is no shade over the bedroom window blinds. The outside hallway light is very bright and shines into the room all night. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying in this condo. We love the secluded location, yet access to restaurants, shows, activities is a short drive. Our view is the ocean and looking down from our floor, we see all the pools, lazy rivers, Tiki bar. The condo is perfect for our needs, relax, enjoy the ocean view and sleeping. The facility is well maintained. We do take advantage of all the shows, visit Murrells Inlet for a fun time, Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot Landing for food and entertainment. After reading the condition memo I'm somewhat perplexed at the cleaning cost, after following your directions to exit we left the unit in the same condition as when we found it. no cleaning necessary. It was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was clean but the bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. Also, the bathroom light was flickering and needed to be replaced. The cable went out several times. The big issue we had was the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and we both woke up with backaches every day. The mattress need replaced. After driving for many hours, I looked forward to sleeping in comfortable bed which did not happen. I will not be able to stay there again. ##### Joyce W. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 8 nights and considering the price we knew it wouldn’t be a five star room, and that’s just fine. We did notice, however, that certain things about the place really hindered the enjoyment of it. The beds were very uncomfortable, the floor felt grubby, and the garbage disposal in the sink being broken created a hard to ignore stench. The drip coffee pot is broken, as the water in the reservoir was hot but it would never pull it to brew the coffee. Again, we knew going in that the price was lower for a reason and we still consider it pretty good for the money. A final small warning to anyone looking at this place, depending on how important this is to you, the angle of the balcony eliminates the view of the sunrises and moon. A nice place for the money, but had I known that I wouldn’t have chosen it. ##### Paul O.
