Full-size kitchen with all the equipment you need. 450 sq foot PRIVATE deck overlooking Ocean Blvd, the Atlantic Ocean and the Boardwalk. Within walking distance of many attractions (1-4 blocks) including the Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Family Kingdom, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and of course the Atlantic Ocean. Netflix is included, smart-TVs in all rooms! Beautiful, homey, and clean single private unit above a retail store. (Stairs are required to reach the unit, \~20 stairs) There is no one on the balcony next to you! Minimum 5 nights during summer months House towels may not be taken to the beach. One toilet ran non stop unless you turn the water off Tvs are outdated. Deck furniture is cheap plastic and a wobbly rusted table. No grill even though it was in the listing. Their employee, Rochelle, was a rock star. That being said, the property was not what we thought it would be. The photos were a little misleading and the check in process was a total mess. We got to the property after 8 pm and could not get in until after 9\. The host kept saying the cleaning lady would be right down. When we got up to the room, the bedding for one room was in the dryer and the washer was full of wet towels. I realize that there were issues with the previous guests, but that was tough. I was also surprised because the description stated that it was an upscale condominium. The property is dated and in need of remodeling. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. The cooking utensils were old and hard to cook with. The neighborhood was a little rough and there were sirens every night.
