My husband and I went down to Myrtle Beach for the weekend to visit our son at Coastal. We had a great stay! The condo was clean and had a great view. The communication from the owner was amazing! Would definitely stay again!

Loved the property and private area. Went during bike week and wasn’t bothered by tons of bikes etc while on the property. Used the pool etc without issue the room is nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and out were seamless and we had no issues. Thanks for renting to my son and I.

Very clean condo with nice view of ocean from 6th floor. Owner was great and responded quickly with easy check in/check out. Really appreciated the owner providing beach chairs and cart in the unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall Beach Trip

The Royale Palms is a great condo. We have stayed here many times. This unit is very nice, tidy and clean. We did not have any issues. The host was available, sent a welcome message and a follow up text. Check in was quite easy. I recommend this unit and will definitely book again. The condo is close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The view from the balcony is terrific, beach and resort views.

Clean, well-maintained unit

Audra's place was exactly as described. It was well maintained, clean, and check-in was easy - no wasted time going by a rental agency. The resort as a whole was also well maintained. Communication with Audra was easy and she responded quickly. The only thing I would mention, and it's not a complaint, just something some people might need to be aware of, is that the tub/shower combo has high sides and might be an issue for people with mobility issues. Other than that, I would recommend the unit to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Host

They host was excellent with communications and trying to fulfill needs. The condo was nice and clean. There were beach chairs etc which was convenient. The biggest downside to the rental is the elevators in the building do not work properly. At one point there was only 1 running for 20+ stories. The most at one time was 2 causing long wait times and long lines. We had to take the stairs most of our trip from 6th floor. That would not be possible if you were much higher. This is something to really consider if you have elderly or disabled guests in your party. We saw several elderly guests sitting frustrated because they couldn’t get to their rooms. There was a service elevator but the people who work for the building were very rude and were quick to say this is our elevator. We even had to carry all of our belongings down the stairs to check out. We had no complaints with the actual condo but the building wasn’t great.
