This condo is perfect for picky people! You will find this lovely, light, and bright condo beautifully decorated and updated with a newer kitchen, new baths, bedroom carpeting, newer flooring, and great machine-washable, slipcovered sofas! Our condo has a comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. It also has two full baths (one right off the master for privacy). You'll love the balcony off the living room and main bedroom. We have a great modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area with newer stainless-steel appliances and Silestone counters (a nonporous surface that resists bacteria, stains, and viruses). The two bathrooms were remodeled with beautiful ceramic tile, a new, fabulous deep tub, new commodes, Silestone counters, and new floors!! There are three HDTVs (42' in the living room, TVs in the primary and 2nd bedroom!). You'll love the sparkling, fresh, clean SHEETS and TOWELS we provide for you. DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!! Our beachfront condo is located near everything you want to do…outlet-style shopping, entertainment, activities and attractions, out of this world celebrity golf, excellent restaurants, wine tasting, beachfront boardwalk and arcades, souvenir stands, amusement park and the Sky Wheel--one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels. BALCONY: Of course! While sitting on our balcony, you will enjoy watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean while you drink your morning coffee (on our tall balcony chairs), and be able to watch the kids in our oceanfront swimming pool while you have a nice glass of wine in the evening. It was very clean and we were supplied with soap, shampoo,, conditioner, and plenty of towels. My family and I absolutely loved the condo! It was really clean and comfortable. My boyfriend and I spent the majority of our time on the balcony looking out into the ocean, and the teenagers loved spending time at the beach and swimming pool. Bob and Joe Anne are amazing hosts, and they always responded very quickly. They were very helpful with ideas on attractions and dining! Two bedroom condo with a nice kitchen. We cooked home three days had every pot or pan we needed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms roomy. The view from the balcony is amazing. Ocean and pier. Literally steps from the beach, it is certainly accessible with only 1 flight of stairs. If I'm not pleased with what I purchased for a vacation stay, I will slam you. I checked many sites and looked at all the reviews. Once I booked the condo, the owner Bob reached out to me right away. We spoke via email and he answered all the questions I needed to ask. With that said, let me begin with the review. Words cannot express how happy we were when we walked through the door of this condo. All we could say was WOW!! We were both giggling like school kids...LOL.LOL. It took our breath away. The place was beautiful. It has a beach theme all through the condo. The red furniture really brought the place to life. The pictures online do not compare to the view in person. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms were gorgeous. The best part with this condo was the beach view from the balcony. When it said, beach front view, it’s true, beach front view. You are literally a skip and a hop from the beach. The beach condo is on the second floor and once you walk down the steps and keep straight ahead over the dune, the beach is right there. We loved it. I liked the keyless locks because you don’t have to worry about losing your keys. The condo has everything which includes the beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The location is near everything. Bob and Joe Anne Kennedy provided a lovely condo for an enjoyable vacation. 10+ rating. Will rent again in 2025. ##### Jennifer P.
