Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can host 6 people! The main bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size bed. New LVP flooring just installed! Freshly painted with new living room and dining room furniture! New dressers and bed frames in both bedrooms! We are centrally located to everything making it hard to decide what you will do first! We are a short drive to the beach, 15 min from the airport, 5 min from Broadway at the Beach and 15 min from Barefoot Landing. There are mini golf courses EVERYWHERE! No matter your age, there is PLENTY to do to keep you and your family or friends happy! Even if you just want to sit on the porch and enjoy the fresh air, we have a GREAT view of the golf course. The best part is that your fur babies are always welcome! We have a dog bed for your dog(s) and a cat bed/hideaway for your cat(s), as well as a Cat Tree in the unit. Newly installed screen door off of the back porch is PERFECT for letting out your dog or taking a walk out back. I noticed all of the personalized touches right away. The rental was clean, bright, and airy. The location is perfect.. only 6 minutes away from Broadway at The Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach, and 2 minutes from a 24hr CVS. The pool was clean and not crowded when we went. Although not beachfront, location is great! Located within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go; restaurants, beach, Broadway at the Beach, and the Boardwalk on the beach. Private pool access. Lots of places to walk on the property. We brought our 75 pound Boxer dog. Very pet friendly with lots of places to walk him on the property. ##### Julie S. The property was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. When we had questions Kent was always responsive In less than 5 minutes. We really found the washer and dryer in the unit convenient. The pools on property were nice to relax in the sun by or take refreshing dip. The condo is located near all major places in South Myrtle beach and a very short ride to beach.
