All TV's are smart TV's that you can connect your Netflix or Hulu accounts to. This community has it all; Tennis Court, Volleyball Court, picket-ball, gas and charcoal grills, car wash and vacuum area, shuffle board, putting green, pool, small gym. Condo is located 1 mile to the beach - Can easily walk or drive. 1 Minute away from Arcadian Golf Club, and less then 2 miles away from many other golf courses. Located right on restaurant row so you’ll have plenty of places to choose from to eat! *No Motorcycles or Trailers allowed on the property*
