This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the 6th floor of One Ocean Place . One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. This completely renovated unit offers magnificent views of the beach throughout. The living room is equipped witha wet bar, 60' flat screen Samsung super high definition TV with Samsung sound bar and free in unit WIFI. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony which is also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a 50'' flat screen TV and a new king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a huge walk-in shower with rain head and walk-in closet with a safe for your valuables. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining custom bath has 2 double beds and 32' flat screen TV. Kitchen and baths have been renovated with new shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped including stainless stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher and there is a in house washer/dryer.

Included are two ocean front pools and hot tubs on a raised deck overlooking the beach with plenty of lounge chairs, twenty four hour security and covered parking.
Garden City is just 10 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and easily accessible to all of Myrtle Beach's attractions including golf, shopping, dining, amusement parks and shows.

Excellent location with beautiful sunrises!

We really enjoyed the sights and sounds of the beach. We saw dolphins, a few whales and many commercial fishing boats. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable there. Best of all, were all the beautiful sunrises!

Its all about the view

If you like to watch the sunrise over the ocean, listen to the waves come ashore or walk on the beach this is the place for you. The place is well maintained and has everything to keep you comfortable.

This would be our 3 time staying at One Ocean Place. Love the facility and location. Carol was wonderful to communicate with and was very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. Will definitely return soon!

The property was amazing and by far one of the best properties at the beach we have stayed. The Property Manager was available and very helpful. If location, an amazing property, and relaxation are what is desired, this property will not disappoint.

Great Stay

My Wife and I had a great time in this beautiful, comfortable and well equipped condo. The the property manager was gracious, friendly and generous with her time when answering our questions. The kitchen was especially well appointed; it had everything you could want or need for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this, or any of property managers other properties!

This is our second year at this condo. We absolutely love it, the cleanliness is excellent, location is great and the beach and pools are easily accessible. Property manager is the best, excellent response time if the need arises. Would recommend this unit highly.

This property was exactly as described. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. We love Garden City and decided to try this property instead of the other property we usually book. We were not disappointed and we cant wait to go back!

GREAT PLACE TO RELAX

The condo was lovely and had a spectacular view of the ocean and easy access to the beach for walkers. The hot tub was active and families soaked in it even in mid-December! Parking was easy and secure. We had a spectacular view of the nor'easter, that came up the coast, from the panoramic windows. It was our first time witnessing the power of the ocean. Sunrises were also phenomenal since we only had one day of rain in two weeks. It was a perfect get-a-way before the holidays!

Relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay, Maureen was wonderful and very helpful. We loved the sound of the waves at night, it was so nice to step away from the daily grind and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. We were fortunate the weather was cooperative and it only kept us off the beach once. The condo was clean and enjoyable, I would highly recommend it. The only drawback we encountered was the low overhead in the parking area which did not accommodate the storage box on the roof of our vehicle. That said, we never had an issue finding a spot to park in the outside spaces.

Excellent stay!

From start to end this was a fantastic stay. Unit was exactly as described and is better than the pictures indicate. On arrival easy access was key. Once we opened the door it was a very inviting space and of course the views were excellent. The sun rises were beautiful! Due to a flight conflict we had to leave a day early however I emailed to see what our check out steps were and the communications were fast and clear. Bed was very comfortable. Every accessory you can think of for cooking is in this unit which is not typical of most stays we had. We appreciated this as we try not to eat out our entire vacation. Building was quiet and staff/security were all very pleasant to talk with. Location is a little far from a lot of restaurants or shopping but it’s with a couple mile drive for anything you would need. Conch cafe was next door so we would walk the beach over and relax there. (We purposely chose an area that was quieter) we were very happy we chose to stay here with all the amenities this condo provided. The pool was perfect also! Do not hesitate to book this condo if you are planning a trip to the area!

perfect location/beach access

property location on the beach couldn't have been better!! exactly as described with large windows/slider to well furnished patio. Kitchen had everything that we needed (although the addition of an air fryer would be nice) The general location was nice - we were able to walk to several restaurants (about a mile) groceries about a mile as well. Manager was quick to come in and repair a broken toilet seat. Small personal issue - living room furniture is not comfortable to relax on, Leather is cold and slippery. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness. Overall was OK, but bathroom had not been cleaned before we arrived - toothpaste and residue on mirror - toilet seat had urine on it, there was a VERY old bag of ice in the freezer - fruit juice spills on refrigerator shelving. The walls could use a coat of fresh paint, covered in scuff marks - there were shoe prints on the walls in the entrance. For me this was minor - there were cleaning supplies in the unit and it took me about 10 minutes to freshen things up. I would definatley stay here again.

The view is one of the reasons we booked this condo and it didn't disappoint! The location was great...we ate next door at the Conch Cafe twice (delicious!). Maureen was quick to respond with any questions we had. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
