The Resort is minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Convention Center, Sports Center & more. The kitchen is fully stocked, ready to cook meals—private bedroom with queen-sized bed and private bathroom and balcony. The Oceanfront living room has a Murphy bed, there is a separate door that locks and can be used as a second bedroom. There is also a second full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The space: This suite has 1 queen-size bed and a Murphy bed that can sleep up to 4 guests. With a relaxing ambiance, making it a comfortable place for guests to stay. The ocean-front balcony has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is the scene you have long desired. Before going out on the beach, prepare your meals and snacks in the kitchen. You will find some basic condo supplies upon your arrival. In the evening, sip your hot chocolate while enjoying the breeze of the ocean. This Oceanfront resort is located on the beach on the Atlantic Ocean, 5.6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and 1.2 miles from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's shops and restaurants. Verry close to the beach and pool. View was great and the constant sea breeze was enjoyable. Kitchen could use some more usable items such as tea pitchers and such but we had the basics. Indoor pool was closed for renovations ( That was a bummer). Over all we had a great stay and will definitely come again. ##### William C. Such a lovely, stress free time at this location. The resorts amenities such as the pool and sitting area were clean and fantastic. What I enjoyed the most was the easiest access to the beach/ocean that I've ever had. There was no loud music or obnoxious people to tend with on this side of North Ocean Blvd. We had easy access walking to restaurants and we did choose to drive to The Boardwalk and it was quick to get to. ##### Sharon W. This is a great condo unit!! This beautiful little unit is very well kept. Fresh clean paint, nice flooring, two full bathrooms, very nice galley kitchen, two balconies, and well appointed. No place is perfect, and the condo building itself shows some of its 3 decades plus aging but is well maintained. This unit is really nice and hard to beat for the daily rate. My only negative comment is that listings should have an amenities "status". Many people book based on property amenities. During our trip the entire indoor pool was closed (repairs), and the outdoor pool deck jacuzzi never worked. Not this units owner's fault. :) ##### William I. It had enough space for us in bedroom and living room, although not much space in kitchen. If you have dishes on the counter, no room for anything else. Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed. Great having 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having the 2 balconies. Just wish we could have turned off the air and left the door open to let in some fresh air. What we didn’t like was the tv station selection. They sent someone to look at bedroom tv as the remote wasn’t working. Then the guy (wonderful) checked the living room tv and had to download all the channels for us. Then you have to roam thru all the guides to find what you want then click on it as the remote has no numbers on it. Wish there was washer/dryers in the building instead of having to go next door to the other building. Had a great stay and would definitely go back! ##### Dawn R. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to finding cockroaches on the property and in the room. I do have pictures of the one found in the room (unfortunately I can’t post them here). We did not want to risk bring them home with us and we were just really grossed out by it so we left 5 days before our actually check out date. I was hoping to just get a refund for those remaining days but they claimed that they didn’t find any so they would not refund me Just keep this in mind when considering this room for you next vacation. ##### Georgia C. The resort in general could use a remodeling, but this room is much nicer than most in the building and has been kept up really well. Nice room for the location.
