Great views. Nice size balcony. Nice bathroom. Property amenities are nice. Room is small as described. Beds small but comfortable. The problem is the air conditioning/heating system. There are two units. We were in one unit and another customer had control of the thermostat for both units. We wanted 71 degrees but no matter what setting we used, even turning off our thermostat, we had no control over the system for our room, so it was 62 degrees the whole time. It was so cold that my wife had to wear a hoodie inside!! This was a private unit, so you could not elicit help from hotel staff. It is a great facility and great location. Parking is about a block away with very small spaces. Got charged $500 by rental agency due to a ding in my car door. Huge issue was faulty air conditioner that caused AC to run constantly. It was freezing. It never got fixed. They made no offer to compensate me for this experience. I couldn't sit in my room and relax because it was so cold. I asked for extra blankets and was told no. They just didn't seem to care that it was miserable. Step right onto balcony and sit and watch the ocean waves hit the shore, wonderful! Accommodations were limited but in good condition. Shower was fantastic. Communication was good. One thing i was not a fan of was having to get into the building the first time, run up the stairs, grab the key to the garage and then run back down to car (where it is parked in a 10 minute loading zonet) o be able to get car into parking garage. Leaving the key behind at the end of stay was similar. The rental was just as described, with a great view and just about anything you need within walking distance! From Friday to Monday we never had to get in the car once! They were aware of the issue and had ordered a new one. I gave them permission to come into my room to replace it. It was never replaced.
