Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Weekend get away

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds/pillows comfortable. We could not open door to deck and enjoy the fresh ocean air due to the weed being smoked around us. It was so bad at times we could even smell it in the bathroom.

Nice room in a potentially

Room was incredibly clean upon arrival. Unit is well appointed with good lighting and a beautiful view-14th floor oceanfront makes for a beautiful sunrise. Balcony is modest in size, but comfortable for 2. In room coffee was a little disappointing, so bring your own filters and ground coffee. Linens were clean and crisp. Shower faucet could use some replacing-It was challenging to operate, and the faucet showed signs of use and abuse..Probably from people struggling to get the water to switch over from the spigot to the shower head. Unit was stocked with dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, a hand towel. Dishes in cabinets. Unit has a microwave and a full sized fridge.
