We spent fathers day weekend and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The unit was well maintained, very clean and smelled good the moment we walked in the door. The kitchenette had most of the things we needed, pressure in the shower was strong and tub drained well, beds (queen bed in the bedroom and murphy bed in living/dining room area) were clean and comfy, living/dining room area was spacious enough for us and some visiting family for dinner. Location was excellent, safe, not very crowded, walking distance to the beach, close to grocery stores and outlet shopping. Contact person was very friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions in very timely manner. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it very much, jacuzzi was a plus, very friendly unit neighbors. We even used the grill for fathers day poolside early dinner. If there's something id like to improve, its the pull out sofa which needs a little updating but overall we were very satisfied with our stay and i highly recommend. I would have given 5 stars but there's always room for improvement. Thank you very much!

The $35 Departure Cleaning Fee is specified under "Property Details: Fees, Policies, and Settings". It's charged to all rentals by the facility upon departure. We send all guests a pre-arrival e-mail which includes information that the credit card security deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any incidentals, fees, or charges. I sent the pre-arrival e-mail to you on two separate occasions, and also printed and provided it to you during your stay. My apologies if the policy was unclear. While you did send us a photo the day after your departure of one bug on a wall near the ceiling, the issue was not brought to our attention during your stay. Palmetto Bugs are unfortunately very common in this area. We have a regular pest control service and very seldom see or receive any reports of bugs in the units, but any access to food or water does increase the chances of finding them inside. We do apologize for that unpleasant experience!

Got 2 condos next to each other it’s a bit outdated but it was great for a affordable clean place beach is maybe a block away walked up there several times Nice hot tub and heated pool would definitely stay here again!!!

For a non smoker it smelled like smoke .. One of the elevators had a wet area in where it looked like someone threw up. Over all the location and quietness was great . The lady I spoke to very pleasant in explaining checking in procedures also.

Unfortunately, we were not notified of the problem until the day after your departure, via a message left after-hours on our Front Desk/Office answering machine. We checked your room and found that the breaker to the water heater had been flipped. Had we been made aware of the situation during your stay, it would have been resolved immediately. We can be reached at the Front Desk/Office during office hours, or at the On-Call number 24/7. I regret that we were not given the opportunity to take care of this during your stay. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience.

We had a great stay here. My only complaint is that the hot water was absolutely awful! The cold water was fine but the hot water smelled like rotten eggs! Check in/out was pretty simple. I don't understand why we paid a cleaning fee when we had a list of stuff to do before we left. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room, clean.

Thank you! The smell on the hot water side may have been from the unit being vacant and the water not used for a length of time prior to your arrival. We apologize! It can take a bit to run the hot water to get the odor to clear. Regarding the cleaning fee, all rental stays are charged a Standard Departure Clean which includes the housekeeping related expenses of a thorough cleaning (windows, vacuuming, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, etc), disinfecting & sanitizing, laundry, re-stocking amenities, bedding, etc. The Check-Out Procedures guests follow prior to departure include more basic things like tidying-up behind themselves, taking out the perishables to the garbage, and stripping the beds.
