The kitchen is fully equipped with French door refrigerator, smooth top range, microwave, dishwasher. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer. Off the elegant foyer on the main floor is a master suite. Featuring a king bed, TV, and sitting area. The master bath has double sinks, a garden tub, walk-in shower. The top floor has the 2nd master suite with a king bed, TV, a sunroom and a private covered porch with a peek of the ocean. The top floor master bath has double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with single Trundle and a TV. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
