Want to wake up to ocean views on vacation? This is the condo for you!
Unlike many condos you don't walk into the bedroom, you walk into the living room giving you peace and quiet in the bedroom.
Brand new furniture in bedroom and living room.
Relax at vacation with 2 recliners, 2 65 inch smart TV's, free WIFI and Free Parking.
Outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs for you to use.
Restaurants, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks and the boardwalk itself; all within walking distance.

The Space
This condo has wood looking tile flooring, brand new furniture and best of all ocean front views.
All new furniture in the condo along with new pots, pans, silverware, dishware and glassware.
This condo is on 23rd Ave, close to several restaurants, bars, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, the boardwalk and also Carolina County Music Festival.

Minimum age to book is 18
We do supply 6 sets of towels and sheets for the 3 beds.
We DO NOT do towel/sheet exchange or daily cleaning.
There is a laundry facility for you to use during your stay in the building next door.
We do provide a starter kit of items, one roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash can liner, sponge for dishes, dish soap, small shampoo and small soap.

You will be provided 2 vehicle tags and 6 pool bands.

The resort does allow for motorcycle and trailer parking.
There is free parking in the garage across the street and the open parking spaces labeled "Boardwalk Resort".

Please respect others and keep noise level down after 10 pm.
Should the resort or the police come to the condo to speak with you or your guests, no refund will be given and you will be asked to leave the premises.
No partying, no smoking in the condo, no illegal activies in the condo.
If something is broken during your stay you will be held responsible for those damages.

The Area
This is a great area.
Within 3 blocks, you have Soho, a Japanese sushi restaurant with a roof top bar and restaurant area.
Dirty Don's Oysters, if you like fresh seafood, this is a place to check out. Great Happy hour specials.
Hot Tomato, great pizza and really good Italian.
River City, best burgers in town.
Also within three blocks is Ben & Jerry's, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts.
You are 6 blocks from the start of the boardwalk.
You are about 1/2 a mile from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center and about a mile from Broadway at the Beach.

Perfect Getaway!

Woke up with the sunrise over the ocean everyday from our bed. Walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Short drive/Uber to all other attractions. Owner was in constant communication and beyond helpful. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer!

Not clean and somewhat not maintained

The floors were dirty. Light switches not working well. Shower water pressure sometimes worked and sometimes not. Baseboard in bath is molded, rotting. Trash can areas not clean, Stairwell smelled like pee. Garage parking elevator smelled like pee.

Nice room & location. No early check-in and there is no lobby or public restrooms available. Not convenient if you have early flight & don’t rent a vehicle.

Be warned! The area is undesirable!

The other guests who stayed at this property left diapers and trash all over the place. Cigarette smoke was every where we went. Pictures online are misleading. The property is run down. The workers at the property tried to clean and keep up with things but the people staying there had trashy habits. It is also important to note that the property shares a parking lot with public beach access parking. So there is really no private beach. People who were not staying at the resort overran the beach and snuck into the pools and hot tub. We were barely able to use the pools because of overcrowding. Overall the entire myrtle beach area was dirty and run down. Trash was mixed in with the sand on the beach and the area had very rowdy guests. Not a family friendly area. If you have to go to Myrtle beach don’t stay anywhere near the boardwalk area. I wish that someone would have warned us of these things before we wasted our time and vacation money. On a positive note, the condo unit itself was nicely furnished. It comfortably fit our family of 6. The proximity to the beach and view from the balcony were great.

Initial picture of place is not what it looked like.

Parking was a nightmare, expect to make several trips back and forth to unload. Balcony chairs cheap plastic, bathroom molding very dirty. Lazy River water dirty! The insurance they make you get be aware it covers nothing. VRBO fees are crazy. Our Yorkie passed away in kennel so we spent only afternoon there because we went back home to get our other fur baby that was all alone now. The insurance wouldn’t refund or this lady that managed the place. First she told us we can come back on other nights then she told us no I’ll give you $295 back out of $1,600. Stay away! Ugh!
