This 1st floor beachfront condo is located in the Cabana Section of Myrtle. It’s one of the few beachfront units in the complex, so enjoy your uninterrupted ocean view! The complex is located across the street from the beach with easy access from the complex. Enjoy the quiet area removed from large crowds yet still minutes from all the shopping, restaurants and attractions The Grand Strand has to offer. Easy parking, perfect location, and beautiful views! Per HOA guidelines, at least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years old or older in order to check in The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Contact us for Winter rates! Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security at night. 2 Parking passes will be left out for you to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: \*\*No Elevator\*\* Must walk up about 5 steps to get to unit on 1st floor. Incredible view for sunrises! Street between you and the beach so possibility for some car noise. Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools plus 1 children's pool in the complex. There are also 2 hot tub areas in the complex next to buildings C and E. Pools will be closed for the season on 15 November and re-open 15 March. 1 hot tub will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. We provide beach chairs and toys in the condo for you to use. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a quality clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machine down hallway on second floor of the building. The room is roughly halfway down the hallway on the left if walking toward the back of the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling). The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach. ✈️The property is conveniently located just 7.7 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport. 🏦 Broadway At The Beach - about 3.3 miles ⚾ Ripken Experience (baseball fields) - about 5.3 miles 🏨 Myrtle Beach Convention Center about - 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. Other Things to Note: As new owners, we take pride in maintaining a clean and safe unit. While everything is in good working order, the complex was built many years ago! \*\*Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front entrance\*\* For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1\. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms. No pets. Max guest count is 6. All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
