Come enjoy our piece of paradise - a stunning Ocean Forest Plaza condo located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC along the Golden Mile. You will enjoy the unobstructed oceanview from your balcony PLUS the resort amenities. Paradise awaits!  
  
Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.  
  
Parking: Private parking garage. \*\*Important parking garage clearances: 6'11" height and 11" wide. There is a side parking area for Suvs/Trucks that are over 16"\*\* You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats at the resort.  
  
Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad.   
  
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Both types of coffee machines!  
  
Living Area: Plenty of seating. Sleeper Sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.   
  
Bedroom: Queen bed and double bed. TV!  
  
Bathroom: Hall & bedroom access! Shower/tub combo.   
  
Balcony: Private balcony with an oceanfront views. Seating!  
  
Beach: Directly across the street! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.  
  
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.   
  
Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions.  
  
Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use - machines available. SAME FLOOR- just down the hallway!

Guests will have the condo to themselves (aside from locked owners closets) along with resort amenities (subject to HOA schedule).

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc...  
  
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.  
  
Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.   
  
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during reservation.  
  
No pets. Minimum booking age 25\. Max guest count is 6\.   
  
ADDITIONAL NOTES:  
  
1\. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.  
  
2\. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
