The beach renourishment work near 69th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach is currently in progress as of early February 2026, with the area serving as an equipment mobilization point. The project in the City of Myrtle Beach is expected to be completed by Memorial Day 2026, weather permitting. Operations: Work is taking place around the clock, seven days a week, in 1,000-foot sections to minimize disruption.\*\* Some decorations in unit, maybe different due to updating. The hostess Heidi was super helpful and always responded within minutes to any questions we had. The resort is family friendly, the beach was a good family oriented beach. The accommodations were stylish and comfortable. We are not typically spontaneous people, and the one time we were, it really paid off. This condo lived up to everything stated in the description. The view was phenomenal, every day a gorgeous sunrise from our balcony. The property was very quiet, which we appreciated. We watched the sunrise every morning from the oceanfront balcony. Close to great restaurants (highly recommend Flamingo Grill), shopping, and a Liquor store. We were sad to leave. ##### Shawn M. She goes above and beyond with special touches a. There were Q-Tips, Lotion, after sun care, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And the products are good quality! She even had aluminum foil, Saran Wrap! She had hot chocolate and a few K-Cups. There was salt and pepper! I have stayed in multiple VRBO’s and Heidi is hands down, the BEST host ever! We saw a show and then escaped to the serenity of the beach. Rented chairs and an umbrella right on the beach in front of the condo. With Heidi’s detailed directions, getting parked and inside the first day was a breeze. The condo was clean, nice and cool, and everything we could have wanted. The host is a absolute pleasure. The place was clean, smelled good, nice colorful linens (not just plain white) plenty of towels. Good location no noise all thru the night. Great location and view! We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise on the balcony. The condo had everything we would have needed and more! Heidi thought of everything. Unlike most beach rentals all you need to bring is your food and clothing. Heidi has provided EVERYTHING else, even things you wouldn't think of, which made packing for our stay so much easier. The unit was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated and Heidi was easy to contact with any questions. We will definitely stay here again! ##### kat r. It was clean, well stocked and quiet. The decorations were nice with a beachy theme. Heather was able to accommodate us with a special request. The parking was fairly easy. Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Balcony has comfortable chairs to relax and enjoy the view or read a book. Comfortable king bed with a view of the ocean. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed in the bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is small but adequate. Host was easy to work with and provided all of the information needed for a pleasant stay. We’d highly recommend this condo for your visit to Myrtle Beach. ##### Pam M. This is a great location, far enough North that you're away from the hustle and bustle of the "strip" but still get the ocean front Myrtle beach experience. Close enough to get to attractions like Broadway, Tanger outlets and Barefoot within about 15 minutes. But also plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.Pools were already open and clean. Great laid-back environment. Easy Beach access....and you can make a pitstop by the poolside bar on your way to the sand. Room was great! Heidi provided everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay.
