This suite is located on the 7th floor of Beach Colony resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach on the desirable Golden Mile. The Resort is only a short drive from Broadway at the Beach,Convention Center, Sports Center and more. There is a fully stocked kitchen ready to cook in combined with the oceanfront living room. The oceanfront balcony overlooks the grass lounge area and Atlantic Ocean. This is a great place for your beach vacation! Beach Colony Resort is a great place to relax and enjoy your next vacation. It is perfect to bring your friends and family for an unforgettable vacation. Located directly on the amazing sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, Beach Colony Resort offers all the amenities you could ever need while on vacation. It is conveniently located in Myrtle Beach, SC, providing quick and easy access to endless dining and shopping options, scores of golf courses to choose from, and countless must see live shows. Spend all day unwinding in our lazy river or relax your muscles after your long travels in one of our whirlpools. Make the most of your Myrtle Beach vacation; whether you are here with family, friends or on a golf trip with your buddies, Beach Colony Resort is the perfect location for the most memorable vacation! This suite is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. True oceanfront suite comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. You have to be at least 21 to book. Absolutely no parties are allowed at the suite. Only guests that are staying at the suite are allowed in the suite. You will find some basic supplies in the condo upon your arrival. We provide sheets and bath towels, but no pool/beach towels, so please bring your own.... All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you. In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. The condo is ocean front and provides spectacular views and is close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. There are parks, beachside walking paths and plenty of stores/restaurants close by for a car free, relaxing vacation. They have two Smart TVs so you can keep up with your programs too. Attendant likely will not believe you that the parking passes are inside. Door frame is falling apart, as is seal. Half eaten bag of cheetos under one of the beds. Fridge broken in two places. Blond hair and crumbs on carpet. Dining table had sticky stuff in it.Bath tub covered in something slimy. Mirrors so old the backing is showing through. Bathtub faucet broken so only shower is working. Towel bar missing the actual bar and the fixture had been taped up with blue tape. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The couch appeared relatively new. The sliding glass door slid easily but the latch was broken and balcony could not be locked.
