Minimum Booking Age: 25 The Space: Welcome to the Golden Mile of Myrtle Beach - this unit is located in the highly desired complex, Ocean Forest Villas! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the third floor of an oceanfront building, so not only will you enjoy the oceanview from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to walk to the beach. The resort is known for it's location - secluded from some of the larger crowds, while only being a few minutes away from all the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and more that our area has to offer. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: 3rd floor. \*\*Stairs are required\*\* Self check-in with keypad. \*\*Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door\*\* Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices. Family room: Spacious! Access to the oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors. Sofa bed! Bedroom 1: Balcony Access! Bathroom attached. Bathroom 1: Stand up shower. Bedroom 2: Two twin beds. Bathroom 2: Full bathtub and shower. Balcony: Very spacious and private balcony with oceanviews. Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round. Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Extra Essentials: Beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys within the unit for your use. There is also a bluetooth speaker! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor. Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo. Guest Access: Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner's closets) and are able to access the entire resort and amenities. The Neighborhood: This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section. ✈️ Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles 🏦 Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles ⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles 🏦 Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles Getting Around: Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area. Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry. Location was great and the beach was never overcrowded in this area, but not far of a drive away from everything either. Decor was really nice. Bathroom is a bit small in the one bathroom with nowhere to really put our things, but we made it work and wouldn’t change our stay over it! Overall you can’t beat it for the price ##### christina B.
