Brand New installed (August 2023) GE washer / dryer for the convenience of washing & drying your clothes during your stay. Please dont use PODS because apparently the pods leave stains. Having the washer & dryer inside the unit prevents our guests from hanging towels, bathing suits and swimming trunks out on the balcony to dry. If you prefer to ride around the area there are golf carts for rent just down the street. The building is ocean front and the unit is Oceanview. Lyft & Uber are the best if you decided not to bring your vehicle. If you did bring your vehicle, Gated Garage Parking is Free and it is private with 24 hour access for one vehicle. Access to this beautiful unit is by elevator or stairs if you prefer exercising. Thresholds are not large and allow easy access for wheelchairs. The Interior hallway is 42" wide - however the threshold for the balcony is very thick. Come and relax here in Myrtle Beach while you work remotely; you owe it to yourself to see all of this beauty. There is a full kitchen to prepare gourmet meals and an in unit laundry for a quick clean up. There is also a keurig coffee maker that uses coffee pods - we do supply coffee pods ( However, bring your own K pods if you like flavoured coffee). We also have an air fryer & a toaster & a blender available for your use. Guest access: You will have full access to the entire condo; Bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen with all appliances, living room/ Dining combo, and balcony. Only one car can be parked in the gated garage. All other cars must be parked on the street. The work out room is on the first (1st) Floor. Other things to note: This is a No Pet & Non Smoking Unit. No smoking on the balcony is also an HOA restriction. Please also note that there are several outdoor showers available and we certainly do encourage all guests to use those showers as much as possible to limit the amount of sand brought into the condo. In addition, please take all trash to the trash bin in the garage area on the 1st floor to the left of the entry gate just as you enter the garage. Just in case you don’t want to get sand on your shoes there is also an elevated ocean front sun deck just above the area where JMikes restuarant is located. You may use the indoor heated pools in both buildings. Don’t forget to bring your own large over sized beach towels. The Lazy River pool for your children is indoor and it is heated. The hot tubs are also indoor and the temperature is perfect for relaxing, simply wonderful. JMikes is an award winner here in Myrtle Beach for the shrimp tacos! JMikes is available for breakfast & lunch and is located inside the building just across the parking lot and the breakfast is delicious. There were plenty of dishes and pans to use to cook. Paul was prompt and always happy to respond to any of my emails. Everyone was more than helpful. I enjoyed many afternoons sitting on the balcony reading it was so restful (and in the shade in the afternoon). Paul the property manager checked in with us before and during our stay multiple times to ensure our stay was great. He answered all our questions and was very attentive and thoughtful. The unit is a bit outdated with bulky furniture but I expected that based on the pics. I do wish there was a broom to sweep up the sand with so the floors weren’t so gritty. Check in was easy and the access from the parking garage to the unit was a breeze. We were here for softball and my daughter got injured unexpectedly so we were appreciative of that. Walking distance to the beach was perfect along with the amenities. The beds were comfortable! ##### Marina R. Very nice condo, perfect ocean view, beds were awesome, and the TV’s are great! Clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen has everything you need. We stayed there the end of June, this is an adorable little condo with an amazing corner ocean patio view! This was by far my best experience I have ever had with Vrbo. The customer service experience with Paul is superb and he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The property is excellent and exactly what we were looking for. We traveled with a young adult, a baby under 2 and myself and my husband. The condo was nice and we loved the location. Everything about this place was perfect! The best feature of the unit was definitely the washer and dryer, it really came in handy during the trip, but the balcony was for sure second, cant beat the view. Paul went above and beyond to check in during our stay and make sure we had everything we needed. Well kept property right off the beach really makes everything convenient and easy. Traveled with my 3 teenagers/adult children. Was great to spend some time with them . Not the place to go if you’re looking for your own space away from them. Everything was very clean and beach view was fantastic. Only downside was there was no counter space to cook. Overall had a great time and would for sure stay there again ##### Nicole M.
