Located in the less crowded Shore Dr section of Northern Myrtle Beach and within walking distance to piers, shopping and bars and only a short drive to the area's top attractions. This is your perfect place to spend your beach getaway. This gorgeous condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is completely updated throughout with lots of luxury upgrades. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with tile backsplash as well as a coffee/wine station with Keurig and an automatic coffee maker. It is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There are mounted Roku Smart TVs throughout the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, shiplap accent walls and coastal decor. The attached master bath features a barn door, stand up shower and vanity/sink combo. The second bedroom offers 2 full-size beds with a second bathroom down the hall that has a shower/tub combo and vanity. This unit is one of the few in this building that has an added washer/dryer inside the unit for guests to use. Enjoy the beautiful Ocean views from the private balcony with entrances from both the living room and the master bedroom! This condo is located at A Place at The Beach V Building in the popular Shore Drive section in the Northern part of Myrtle Beach. This is a less busy and more family friendly area and only a short walk across the street to the beach and the Apache pier and Ocean Annie’s are also within walking distance. The area's top attractions like Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing and the Boardwalk are only a short drive away. Water amenities include 2 outdoor pools- 1 is next to Building B and the other is on the Oceanfront. Also, a grill and picnic area and private walkway to the beach with rinse off shower. Just beyond the dunes, only steps down the beach path, enjoy fantastic days in the sun. Free Wi-Fi and cable are provided. Parking is free and 2 parking passes will be left in the condo for each reservation. Please don't hesitate to contact us for any questions or concerns before or during your stay.
