This beachfront condo is on the 11th FLOOR! 1115 with 1116 as a lockout unit and amazing views the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the North Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 6 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and granite countertops. Close to House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, there are many pools at this resort and has direct access to the beach from the resort. Come see why we love this suite! This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Four four-burner solid surface cooktops, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our one-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 11th floor sleeps up to 6, two private bathrooms, and 3 full beds. The remodeled kitchen includes new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, a cutting board, a can opener, knives, a coffee maker, veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs. From the living area, you can walk out to the HUGE balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a large garden tub. We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away! Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Sea Watch Resort have to offer, you won't regret it! \*Ongoing Beach Access Deck Project\* This project will be February 7th 2025 with an estimated completion date of March 28th 2025\. The North Tower outdoor pool plaster project is scheduled to begin 2nd week of February. This pool will have the coping, tile band and plaster replaced. Estimated completion date is March 8th. The North Tower indoor pool & spa remain enclosed & open for the remainder of the winter season. NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. The room itself could have been more cleanly and there was a light switch and outlet that didn’t work. We decided on a last minute vacation to MB and so glad we found this place! The rental was exactly what our family needed. The wife and I had our own space, the kids had their own space and we had the common living area. It is two condos merged into one, so you get all the extra space that you wouldn't normally have. The pictures on the site are indeed accurate, save for the living room tv is now wall mounted. The best part for me was the balcony, which was accessible from both bedrooms and living room. I spent most mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony and just enjoying the ocean breeze and people watching. The resort itself is fantastic! Parking is plentiful. Several pools to choose from with a central located bar for the grown ups. Easy beach access and close to shopping, food and entertainment and FAR away from the craziness of downtown MB. The kitchen did look upgraded as well as new flooring in living and bedrooms, there appeared to be new door handles with some white paint trim. On the negative, There were holes in wall, deep cuts in the tile floors, curtains barely hanging in a bedroom. Sliding doors were hard to close because they were bent. Closet door was not up at washer and dryer. Balcony table rusted and the floor outside the balcony had food and debris and chairs were very dirty. Drawers in bedrooms had food, junk, and clothing from previous renters along with trash under bed. Toilet kept running. Hair was all over shower and bathroom walls had nasty stuff along with severe rust and paper coming loose. Unit should not have been rented out as new and updated until everything had truly been as advertised. ##### Alesia M.
