Elevator available for easy move in and close access to stairs. AC was cold for hot days. Unit was very clean and well maintained! Condo had enough towels and wash cloths for the week stay, including a washer and dryer! Kitchen was the perfect size that had a variety of appliances available! Kingston Plantation was the perfect location and set up for our family vacation! The unit was clean and decorated very nicely. The mattresses were very comfortable in both bedrooms. 19 year olds in second bedroom and they had no issues. We even used the pull out sofa one night when my other daughter came down. Kitchen is smaller than what we are used to, but that shouldn’t keep you from renting this property. I will say, there are a lot more cooking items in this rental than most. Anything you need is there. And it was nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent. I tend to bring the kitchen sink when we vacay but alot was there. So in case you don’t , you will have a fair amount until you get to store. Short walk to beach, but we did rent a golf cart from the Marketplace.
