Meet our needs. Communication was tough. We arrived and the access code didn't work. Thankfully we got a quick response to this one. I reported the front porch light out on first day of 35 days, nobody ever fixed it. The screen on back porch blew in during a storm the first week and I reported it but nobody came to fix it. These should have been fixed while we were there, but never were. Communication was not what it should have been on other maintenance items that occurred during the stay.
