This perfect vacation getaway comfortably sleeps up to six guests and will provide you the opportunity to enjoy the beach while providing comfort and safety in busy Myrtle Beach. Located just a block away from the sandy beaches, this cozy getaway is nestled in a peaceful location that allows you to settle into a quiet and relaxing retreat . If you're looking for the perfect seaside location for you and your family or friends for your next getaway, then look no further! Surrounded by mouth watering dining destinations and shopping, you won't have to go far for fun and entertainment. This vacation getaway encompasses modern luxuries that will surely impress any guest, while the coastal inspired décor will delight your senses and make your stay special. The townhome features an outside private, fenced patio area for easy access when returning from the beach. Patio area has a grill (charcoal) and a dry storage box filled with boogie boards, beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The solar powered and heated outdoor shower is also located in the patio area for rinsing off after you return from the beach. The main level
of the two level townhome includes a large living space, breakfast area with a 6 person dining table, fully appointed gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. In addition to the coastal inspired furniture and décor, the living room includes a 55 inch mounted TV with streaming service for your enjoyment. The main level also has a half bath, laundry area with washer and dryer, laminate and tile floors and a door leading to the outside patio. Upstairs includes laminate flooring and two large bedrooms with queen size beds, lots of closet and storage space, smart TV’s with streaming services as well as a full private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features built-in bunk beds with individual lighting and outlets for gadgets or tablets. The townhome is located right across the street from Grand Dunes resort where a beach lifeguard is on-duty at all times during the summer and an ice cream truck stops every single day - a highlight for your family's little ones and adults every year!
Guests also get two free parking spots just steps away from the townhome and free access to the beach.
Snow Birds are welcome to enjoy the southern weather year around. All monthly rentals in December, January and February( upto February 15) are eligible for snowbird discount (35% off regular prices) as reflected on VRBO.

Great Stay Close to Beach

We go to Myrtle Beach fairly often visiting family and this has been one of our favorite places to stay! It was clean, well-appointed, and so roomy! The location can’t be beat for us - close to beach, things we enjoy doing, and close to our family! Everything you might need for a stay, nicely furnished and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again if available!

This house was more than enough room for a family of four (two younger kids)! The host was very easy to communicate with. The outdoor space was not very usable, but we spent y our time at the beach!

Cute Beach House Close To Everything

We stayed for 4 nights and it met all of our needs. The house is decorated super cute in beach decor. The owner provides everything you may ever need from a stocked kitchen to a wagon to bring to the beach with an umbrella. We loved the convenience to the beach just a quick walk across the street and close to all restaurants. Definitely stay here!

Great Location

Great location away from the traffic near the boardwalk but still close enough to drive in under 15 minutes. Close to grocery stores, starbucks and gas stations. Would definitely recommend staying here with anyonr who wants to feel like they are at home.

Great location, Great townhouse!

We were just here for the weekend and this townhouse fit our needs perfectly. I loved that it was an end unit and the minute we walked in the door it smelled and felt very clean. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. We did not cook or even eat any meals in the house but it was stocked with any dishes and cookware you would need. The beach was just across the street which was amazing. The neighborhood felt nice and safe. Tons of restaurants nearby, even walking distance. Short drive to really any activities. We would definitely book this property again!

Cute Spot for a Beach Vaca!

The house is cute, looks as pictured. Communication was great. Location is perfect, it really is a block from the beach. We walked to the sand with our 3 year old with no problem. Also a Starbucks within short walking distance! Also close to Ripley's and other attractions. Lots of food choices nearby too.
