You will enjoy the more quiet end of the Garden City Beach in Murrells Inlet by staying in this well furnished , gated property condo with convenient elevator. There are truly beautiful views from this second floor deck. You can view the Marlin QuayMarina from the overlooking private deck. You can enjoy views of the Marsh Walk buildings across the water. The beach is accessible by walking across the street to a public walkway.
There are two pools on the grounds,
There is WiFi and cell phones are encouraged, no unit landline.
There are Two King bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and other with shower and tub combo. There is a Pull out sofa (queen) bed in the living room. This unit is good for 6 people maximum.
There is Assigned parking for one vehicle. Additional parking in overflow across street. There are Gated entrances and gated pools.

Nearby attractions include the Garden City Pier and Amusements; the Marsh Walk which has numerous restaurants and watercraft rentals; and Brookgreen Gardens, a national botanical and sculpture garden.
Bed linens and bath towels are now provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.
The following items are not included: washer detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper products, soap, nor garbage bags. Please arrange for those supplies.
PLEASE NOTE \*At least two weeks prior to your stay, provide owner with your preferred mailing address to receive gate pass in advance of your visit, as well as check -in instructions. Check in is self check-in and is after 4:00 pm on departure no later than 10:00 am . These times are firm to allow cleaner the full six hours to clean.
Sorry , but NO pets or other animals are allowed by the Rules of the Marlin Quay Homeowners Association. Golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed for renters.

Wonderful stay! This unit exceeded our expectations, such a nice place. Well stocked kitchen, great furnishings, the balcony was so nice, and the view was awesome. Very comfortable bed, and the rooms were spacious. Easy access to the beach. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. The elevator serviced 2 units per floor so we never had to wait long. Directions were clear and communication was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view of inlet from balcony and windows. Place was clean and stocked with amenities. Short walk to the beach. Close to Garden City with Myrtle Beach just down the road. An elevator takes you right to the room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This was our 4th time staying at the Marlin Quay condos and was by far the cleanest and most accommodating. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we could tell walking in that it was a family vacation home and not just a rental. It was a perfect week!

We normally stay on the ocean front but decided on something different this time! It did not disappoint! The views were awesome & we had the best of both … beach & the inlet:) sunsets were awesome!! Enjoyed watching the boats come & go from the inlet:) Connie’s place was decorated beautifully & had everything you needed! #### Amazing Sunset Views
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marlin Quay. The weather was perfect in low 80's and very low humidity. Perfect time to be at the beach. The covered balcony was so inviting. We enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the marina all day. But the sunsets were the best. The unit was very roomy and the kitchen was well equipped with all the comforts of home. We loved our Keurig, but glad we brought a large coffee maker with us. Only one problem, check out at 10:00 am was way too early for us to leave this beautiful place as none of us are early rizers.

We happen to like the location of the property and my wife and daughter are extremely happy here. It is convenient to shopping the restaurants and most importantly the beach. We look forward to booking again next summer, hopefully for two weeks.

The condo was lovely and very comfortable and homey. The view from our balcony was great! We loved the property. The two pools are wonderful and very well maintained. The beach was right across the street. We had a great time!

The condo was super quiet with the beautiful new windows and patio door. It had recently been painted and updated. It was one of the cleanest condos I’ve stayed in. There were also new furnishings. Watching the activity in the marina and the inlet from the balcony is my husband’s favorite thing. It’s convenient to restaurants and the beach is a very short walk away. Definitely our favorite place to stay. Sunsets amazing from condo.

The location is terrific. We brought our boat and kept it in the marina. We had a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the condo and Connie, the owner, was very responsive and helpful!

#### We had rented this property for many years from Dunes Realty.
Happy to have found it again thru VRBO. My wife had fallen in love with the unit the first time we rented it many years ago. She liked it's location and decor. We would be happy to rent it again if it continues to be available.
