Luxurious 1BR Retreat at Landmark Resort! Wake up to the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and have coffee on the patio. My place is located on the second floor of Landmark Resort with very easy access, no need to take stairs or the elevator. Access through the lobby or hallway on the side. Resort offers great water amenities! The space: The unit is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with your friends. Fully painted, new wood-looking floors were installed, and modern and stylish furniture was added to change the look from the usual hotel condo to more modern and unique. It also features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops. It features remodeled full kitchen with granite countertops, large flat-screen TV in the bedroom as well as the living room. There is 1 king-size bed in the bedroom and another full-size Murphy bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Landmark Resort is well known for its amazing water amenities. There are numerous indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, kids' pool areas, and more. Guests can use all the pool amenities located in the main Landmark Resort building, but not the ones across Ocean Blvd by the garage building, as these are owned by a third-party company and not by the resort. Guest access: Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the fitness center. The water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort but is owned by a third-party company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to restaurants/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room. Other things to note: PLEASE READ AND ACCEPT THE RULES BEFORE BOOKING \- Must be 21 to book. \-Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee. \-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog-friendly suites.) \-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00\. \-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you. \-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00\. \-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it as you found it and respect this place. \-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out. \-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave. Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility. CANCELLATION POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: \*Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. Travelers must cancel by 11:59 pm on the cut-off day (60 days prior to check-in) to receive a refund. All times are specific to your property's time zone.\* Thank you for understanding and agreeing to the house rules and cancellation policy. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you. In the event of a mandatory evacuation order for our area, full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We have stayed at Landmark many times over several years.We love all the water facilities there. That is the main reason we stay at Landmark. Love all the hot tubs. This time was our longest stay. Stayed for month of January. Not crowded at that time. We really like that we can use outdoor hot tub and pool even in cool weather. Out door main pool was heated. The unit itself was comfortable and cute. Great oceanfront view. Does need some maintenance work. Kitchen drawer had no track on it. One of the kitchen cabinets was off a hinge. The main problem was roaches in the kitchen drawers and cabinets.We killed at least 25 over the month. Never had this in other units we stayed in. I was always on the lookout. Never saw any anywhere in bedroom or livingroom area. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with property manager was good. ##### Sandra C. The location was perfect, especially after we found the stairs. The elevators weren’t working properly and the resort is dated but for the price it was amazing! Right on the beach and a short drive to anything you would like. The bed was very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. I would say the room needs alot of TLC, the doors are warped and the molded on the bottoms, I found a roach in the bathroom, the beds are pretty thin and feel old along with the pillows. We were also told by the resort we were unable to visit the on site restraunt and unable to buy cups for the kids refillable drinks because we were from VRBO and not owners? When guests are staying more than a few days (a week like we did) I would recommend a 2nd set of sheets for each bed just because of the sand, and definitely more than one pack of coffee for the entire trip. I would say it's a place to sleep and the water pressure is wonderful for showers, the beach view is pretty and you are very close to the pool and beach area the rest leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately. They were all over in our condo. The bathroom was filthy and the vacuum did not work. The laundry room: clothes washed but it didn’t dry my clothes after two times around. Suite is very clean and well maintained. The second floor is so convenient as you do not have to wait for the elevator, just go to the room straight from the lobby level or just one flight of stairs from the beach. Pool area was great for the kids and the evenings on the balcony were very relaxing. Communication with the host was quick and easy. We recommend the place and will be back again. I love this hotel, so much to offer. My biggest issue was their was 6 of us for two nights and we got one towel each (which we could handle) but only one washcloth each on which is disgusting.
