Conveniently located in the Magnolia Pointe Community. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: Pools will be closed on December 24th and 25th.

After sending a message to property manager, we left within 1st 30 minutes of arrival. Every room smelled like marijuana. The more we opened windows everything smelled, including bedding and pillows. We attempted to air out because it was 1am. The space didn’t clear and realized window that led to outside entrance didn’t lock. Awful atmosphere & unsafe. We drove around until 3am looking for a place to stay. Daily messages everyday regarding refund and still no resolution. The most disappointing experience. We had a vacation planned with family in that same area and my elderly mother with us and we had to re-locate elsewhere.
