Summary: Come enjoy this beautiful, simply decorated, efficiency unit with a view of the courtyard. This unit has NO ocean view! This resort has an outdoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub. There is also an indoor pool, lazy river, and multiple hot tubs. Please contact us, the host, with any questions or concerns as we are not associated with the resort or the staff at the resort. The Space: This unit contains two double/queen sized beds, one bathroom, a flat screen tv, a microwave, and a mini fridge. Guest Access: Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs as well as the lazy rivers. Guests do not have access to the amenities across the street (mini golf and kids water park area).The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies) Additionally, you will NOT have access to the following food and beverage outlets: Gazebo Restaurant, Latitudes Bar and Restaurant, Tipsy Turtle Pool Bar, Shark Bites Grill, Havanna Coffee Bar, Sugar Shak, H2O Water Park, and all Banquet Meeting Facilities. Getting Around: Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities. Other Things to Note: The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 21 years of age to book our properties. One response was given from property manager then they asked for pictures of the issues. Picture was sent and then I heard nothing further. As soon as you get off elevator floors are nasty. Took 15-20 mins to get on elevator, and it was only one working. Entered the room the bathroom toilet ran all day all night, it was nasty had to clean it. the closet floors the carpet isn’t clean, and it’s tore.
