Please read our reviews - our vacation home has everything you need for an awesome vacation! We have two huge porches with chairs and a table for 12 overlooking a stunning view of the lake, plenty of beds, family room w/ 65" Smart TV & 2 recliners & reclining couch, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys ie. boogie boards, etc. and a recently renovated kitchen w/granite, stainless appliances and a wine cooler. We've REALLY tried to think of everything to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible! So, more about our home: Gorgeous lakefront 5BR, 3 full BA vacation home has free Wi-Fi and located inside the hugely popular, award winning (7 times) Ocean Lakes Family Campground. This is a gated community with 24-hour security and includes a free water park (slides, splash zone, lazy river) FREE during your stay - more details below), indoor/outdoor pools, putt-putt, arcade and access to miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean! We've created a unique, beach-themed, VERY clean two-story on stilts lakefront home that sleeps 13 in beds and is a short walk, bike ride or golf cart (available to rent through the park) ride to the Atlantic Ocean. Note that ocean front homes can cost up to $1,200 per night here - get on the lake here for less than half the price - and it's MUCH quieter! Our home has a fully equipped kitchen including a beautiful, thick oak table with seating for 12, and a bar area that seats 3 more. We added an RO (Reverse Osmosis) water system. You can enjoy our Great Room that includes a 65" Smart TV. Master BR #1 on the main level has a king size bed and an adjoining full bath, 55" flat-screen TV and the four upstairs BR's each have cathedral-high ceilings and flat screen HD TV's. Two BR's also have direct upper deck access with lake views (one is Master #2 with a stunning room including sitting room, 14' cathedral ceiling and king bed), and the main level deck is directly off the Family Room/Kitchen and has a new table (2022 that seats 12) and chairs that overlook the beautiful lake and fountains. Under the house we have an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, FREE bikes, beach chairs (feel free to take to the beach), boogie boards, beach toys, fishing rods (the lake is open for fishing) and a very clean, covered parking for four cars and two golf carts (available from the park to rent). Details on each sleeping area: Bedroom 1 (Master's Room): King Bed, Main Level, adjoining full bathroom Bedroom 2 (2nd master - Flamingo Room): King Bed, cathedral ceiling with access to view of fountain and lake Bedroom 3 (Boathouse Room): Queen Bed with cathedral ceiling Bedroom 4 (Mermaid Room): Queen Bed with cathedral ceiling Bedroom 5 (Surfboard Room): Queen Bed and a Twin over Full bunk bed, with cathedral ceiling, and access to deck with view of fountain and lake Things to do: Fishing is right here on the property. We returned with out family of 5 (kids, 17, 14, 6), and our relatives (kids 15, 9). What a change in venue since the last time we had stayed. Everything is updated within the park, increased security, and cleanliness of the park was outstanding.The stay at the Hanson Beach house was perfect for our family. Great location by the lake, hardly any car or golf cart traffic to deal with, and ease access to the lake and beach. The communication with the owners was outstanding, and answered all questions prior and post arrival. This is one location we would return to on our next visit to Ocean Lakes! The property is comfortable and clean. The owner was very responsive for the few times we had questions. The one thing I will note is it is farther than a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The area was very clean and welcoming and the home was absolutely stunning. The owner was very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The weather was all over the place but we had plenty of room to hang on the porches when it was raining but also plenty of shade when it was warm out. Our location was conveniently located near the entrance but with a straight shot to the beach. This is the 2nd time we have rented in this resort and THIS owner provides everything that others don’t, making this a much less stressful trip. It is away from all the fussiness that goes with staying at the front of the park. Beautiful view by the pond. House was well stocked and has everything we needed.
