  • Our condo has flat screen smart TVs, brand new furniture, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and more. Our deck overlooks the pool, but is nicely secluded by maple trees for privacy. Being on the top floor provides a more spacious deck and condo. Great location in the popular Restaurant Row. The condo is just 3 miles to Barefoot Landing, 2 miles to Outlet shopping, 1 miles to calabash buffets and within steps to Ocean Annie's, Finn McCools, Biminis, Flip Flops and Harry the Hats. A top floor / end unit has the benefit of no neighbors above or to the side, just one shared wall. Also, the deck is open to the sun! Being on the top floor, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the condo for you.

Fall Golf Tournament

The condo is in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to several beaches. It is also situated within minutes of some outstanding restaurants and shopping outlets.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen was well appointed. Laundry was a nice addition. Check in was quick and easy. Communication with the host was very prompt. A/C stayed nice and cool, even during the heat wave. We enjoyed ourselves here. Would stay again.

For the most part stay was good, great location. Condo itself was clean, except rugs in bathrooms need cleaning, and mattress in master sinks on one side, pillows are very flat. Carpet on balcony showing torn/worn out places.

Clean. Easy Check-in. Covered parking. Walkable to the beach. Nice pool view. The unit gets lots of natural light with an uncovered deck that faces south and a side window in the dining room. Sufficient cooking supplies in the kitchen. Yes there are a lot of stairs, but the benefit is no one is above you. Some ambient noise due to proximity to the pool and street. (I brought a noise machine with me to drown it out.) Would happily stay there again.

No ocean view due to trees, long walk to beach including beach front work making a beach a waste of time. Rude Horry county ticketing too easy and metered parking is limited. what a waste spending most of our vacation JUST finding parking.

Post Hurricane Stay !

First time renting Brads condo and will definitely be back again ! Brad was so accommodating With the threat of the hurricane during our week ! Location was awesome - close to beach and several local bar and grills!

Great location to the beach, shopping and dining.

This is the 2nd time staying in this unit. The condo if very roomy and clean. We had a great stay and the location of the unit is perfect for what we like to do. The walk to the beach is short and the dining and shopping are close by. We will stay again!

Great stay

The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach from the condo. Super peaceful. The residents of the condo were very friendly. The owner of the unit was very responsive to any questions we had.
