Once you enter through a foyer, you will pass through the kitchen and enter the oceanview bedroom that leads to the balcony. The balcony offers amazing ocean views and is the perfect setting for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit features its own kitchen with a stove, microwave, and fridge.

"Conveniently located within steps of Ocean Annies, enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! We are a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away. Additionally, there are many popular restaurants in the area that are easily accessible by car."
Getting Around:
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Turo.
Other Things to Note:
Clearly stating that the room is non-smoking and indicating that smoking is allowed only in designated areas is important for ensuring a pleasant and smoke-free environment for all guests.
Additionally, informing guests that this is a personally owned condo and not a hotel room is a helpful reminder. Encouraging guests to treat it with the same respect and care as they would their own home sets clear expectations for responsible behavior during their stay.
While we strive to address any issues promptly, please note that there is no 24/7 on-site staff for Big Fish Rentals. However, the Front Desk is staffed 24/7 and available for assistance.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This unit won't have access to the fitness center.
- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts.
HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
- Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.
- Guests can receive Front Desk assistance for lockouts, medical emergencies, legal issues, noise complaints, beach towels, concierge services, and trash removal.
