Brand new details as of May 1, 2025: \-flooring in all 3 bedrooms \-bed linens, comforters, blankets in all 3 bedrooms \-bath towels \-bar stools in kitchen \-dryer \-tv in twin bedroom \-board games \-couch pillows \-cushions for balcony table \-curtains All pictures were taken in May of 2025 This 1,365 square foot fully furnished condo offers renters a bright, comfortable, and incredibly convenient place to call home in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The condo is on the second floor of a well-maintained building with elevator access right by the front door. Step inside to find a spacious open-plan layout with plenty of natural light. The living room is set up for relaxing evenings, featuring a comfortable sofa and loveseat, large smart TV, and views out to the pond and pool. Sliding glass doors lead to your own private balcony with a patio table, perfect for coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. The closet on the balcony! Its got all the beach essentials, chairs, an umbrella, plus comfy towels for the beach and pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for daily living: full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and even two types of coffee makers. There's ample counter and cabinet space, plus a bar area with seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table, making it easy to gather for meals or work remotely in a bright, open space. Just off the living area is the primary bedroom, which includes a King-sized bed, smart TV, dresser, ceiling fan, large windows, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The second bedroom, located off the hallway past the kitchen, has a full/queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and its own access to the guest bathroom with a standing shower. The third bedroom, located near the front entrance, features two twin beds, a smart TV, and more natural light. Every bedroom includes a closet, dresser, smart TV, ceiling fan, and brand-new bedding. The second bathroom also houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo has central A/C, a Ring door camera, and plenty of available parking. It's just under two miles from the beach and a quick drive to attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, and the SkyWheel. With 28 golf courses nearby, including Myrtlewood Golf Club right next door, it's a great location for golfers as well. Please keep in mind that this rental is privately owned and managed, and we have no affiliation with the resort staff, resort maintenance, or resort housekeeping. We use our own housekeeper who is hands down the best around! In town for softball tournament. The condo was in a great location. Located on the 2nd floor with a great view of the small pond and around the corner from the pool. Just a few minutes to Broadway at the Beach and restaurants. The condo is huge and plenty of room for 6 adults. All the amenities you can think of. It is beautiful inside and clean.
