ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Lovely condo with fantastic ocean views and lots of natural light. Look no more!

This spacious 11th floor studio condo offers superb ocean views from all the windows.

Elegant kitchen with a large granite counter top, spacious living room and a nice balcony for you to relax. Have your tea or coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, while you take in the beautiful ocean view, as the dolphins and birds go by. This lovely condo is perfect for a very enjoyable vacation and a romantic getaway. This oceanfront building has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna and a gym. There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Close to shopping, attractions, golf and restaurants. ( Easy 6 minute walk to Walmart for essentials)

We had an absolute amazing time! The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved that there were beach chairs in the room. The property was clean. Pools were always clean and the bar/restaurant staff was wonderful. We can't wait to come back.

Had a great time at this place!! Closer to lots of things and had multiple pools!! Met mall my needs. The management company was on top of everything and super easy to reach if I had any questions…. I actually extended my stay, as I didn’t want to leave!!

Very clean and great amenities!

We just got back from spending a week here and loved it! Perfect for 2 adults. Kitchen was stocked with cookware so we could make some meals in the room. Even had 2 beach chairs in the closet that you could take down to the beach! Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. 2 large swimming pools, 3 hot tubs. There’s even a little restaurant/bar In the building, access to bar from the pool deck to get drinks and food as well! Great location wise, quick drive to the boardwalk and pier. Would absolutely recommend

The hotel itself if a bit dated, but clean and has many pools and hot tubs. The room is GREAT!!!! Love the view from the bed and balcony. Decorated adorable, very clean, with a full kitchen. GREAT location, too.

Great place to stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The property is clean and has a beautiful view. It’s just steps from the beach. The hotel also has pools, a few of which are heated, which is nice. There are many local places to eat/shop. I even went to Walmart (4min away driving) to grab some snacks. There is a stove, so I was able to make a nice grilled cheese, using the provided pan & utensils. If I were to return to the area, I definitely would stay here again. Be sure to read the instructions before coming, because they are super clear & will save you from unnecessarily messaging the hosts. Thanks for the great stay!

Great View & Location

Great location and view from the balcony, the Palace Resort is right on the beach and close to the airport. The unit has everything you need (including parking) and is perfect for couples.

Perfect location!

Beautiful location!!!! Property could be maintained better. It was not the cleanest, bathroom not cleaned well. Kitchen well stocked, nice appliances and stunning looks of ocean from balcony!!! We would stay here again.

Overall, a solid spot with some great perks, but a few drawbacks worth noting.

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, which made it super convenient. The building itself is older but kept very clean, and having security on site was a nice touch. The condo owner was very responsive, which made communication easy. There are multiple pools and hot tubs, plus a game room for the kids with vending machines, which was a great bonus. And the water pressure in the shower? Fantastic.A few things to be aware of: the smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout the building, which might bother some guests. The balcony is tiny—really only fits two people comfortably. The unit could benefit from blackout curtains; it was so bright at night that I genuinely thought it was morning at 12:45am. Also, if you’re planning to enjoy a drink on the beach, be aware that alcohol is not allowed.Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but there’s room for improvement.

Small but just enough

The unit was small but just enough. The building was not as clean as the unit. The area is too close to downtown for our liking but it is a great location to access lots of other areas. The bed is very very high, it lets you see the water from bed.

Home away from home

We had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It looked just like the pictures. We loved the full kitchen seeing as how we like to cook. It was very homey feeling. It was nice to have the step stool beside the bed seeing as how ny fiancé has hip problems. The bed was very comfortable. The view was beautiful. We will definitely go back sometime soon.

AMAZING

Very nervous about staying at new places I’m not used to so you can obviously see how I was feeling but once we got there the place was amazing the room was nice and clean and looked like the pictures. The staff was nice and the pools and hot tubs were great too! Definitely looking forward to coming back next year !

Comfy little place with a BIG view

Check in is so much easier than dealing with a hotel reservation and communication from the owners/property manager was great! Unit is just right for 1-2 people. Full kitchen. The views/balcony are the big draw here. I sat on that balcony a lot. Amazing views!! The until is clean and everything works. Two pools (one is indoor/outdoor) and jacuzzis, also very clean. Very helpful/friendly staff in the building as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony seating for 2 with a small table for glasses of wine the bed was beyond comfortable the air conditioner worked perfectly the whole place was spotless it’s very roomy we made breakfast and late night snacks several times pans and utensils were in the cupboards we even used the blender everything we needed was there absolutely would book this same suit again the pools were clean the hot tubs were nice and I loved the sauna there was even beach toys in the closet

Great month

It is a small condo with a balcony on the 11th floor of a 23 story resort. The view is fantastic indeed. For two of us the condo was big enough to live for a month.The building is not new but well maintained. Security, amenities, everything was in order. The beach is family and dog friendly, nice people. The last week of our stay was the bikers week, lots of noise but bearable. There were glitches here and there, everything was taken care of by Jeff and his team. Communication was immediate and productive.
