Life on Top - Paget 504, View all of the Litchfield Coastline

Paget 504 is a beautiful, top floor, ocean view, end unit with an expansive view of the ocean and coastline from multiple locations within the unit. This open floor plan unit is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium, which is nicely furnished, with a fully remodeled kitchen equipped with all your needs. The dry bar area includes a stand-alone ice maker and wine refrigerator. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with 2 additional breakfast bar seats. Other amenities Include: 4 Cable TVs, DVD, Secure Private Internet, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. This unit also comes with a reserve covered parking space conveniently located near the elevator.

1 covered assigned parking spot and unassigned guest spots around the building.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
