We didn't have any real issues other than the fan not working in the master, which was uncomfortable. I would say to bring your own bed linens. These were terrible felt and sounded like plastic. They were very uncomfortable. Communication was great until we got there and then crickets. Noone asked how our stay was or responded when we asked about thenf an. The waterpark was a joke. If you have kids dont waste your time. We tried to go twice and there are 2 maybe3 slides with 6 hotels at least trying to use them. We could never find a seat. We felt bad for the youngest but she never got a chance to hang out there. Its hardly a waterpark. The indoor pool is in another hotel. It was nice to have multiple pools to walk to but they ae a walk and crowded. While the extra amenitites were nice and the condo itself was very nice it was way overpriced for mediocre facilities. The walk to the "waterpark" alone is a haul especially w kids. Overall it was fine and nice and we eenjoyed it just way overpriced for what you get and the view. Check in and check out days can be a little hectic. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service for multiple days but they did their best to fix them quickly. Only complaint was elevator situation. One was broke the whole time leaving only two operational. Many times we encountered long lines to access the elevator. The furnishings look brand new and the condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. My family enjoyed the amenities at Kingston and the location is convenient.
