🏡 The owner resides in a separate private portion of the home and may occasionally be seen in outdoor common areas.

*Your suite is a private lockout room that is exclusively yours during your stay. Please note that just outside your suite is a hallway area with a lockout door that connects to another suite. Another guest may or may not be staying in the adjoining suite during your visit, but your room remains completely private and secure.

❄️ The air conditioning is controlled from the owner's section of the home and is maintained at 70°F to provide a comfortable environment for all guests.

🌴 The outdoor patio area is a shared common space and may be enjoyed by other guests staying on the property during your visit.

🚗 One dedicated parking space is included with your reservation.
