About this property

Custom built beach home in a quiet corner of the Ocean Lakes park.

  • This "Yellow House" in Ocean Lakes Family Campground (site 1736 on Neptune Road) is located on the south Ocean Lakes property fence line without a backyard neighbor. Take a golf cart or walk the short 1/3 mile to the ocean. Ocean Lakes is a safe, security enclosed, family community. Ocean Lakes property includes 2 miles of beach access, indoor/outdoor pool with lazy river, water park, mini-golf, game room/arcade, playground, BB/volleyball courts, skate park, dog park, lake fishing, and daily family events/activities.

    Our custom build house offers an open concept, fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for 6. The kitchen opens into the family room that includes a smart TV and plenty of seating options. Down the hall are 2 pantry closets, a full bath, one bedroom with a twin over full bunkbed, one bedroom with a queen bed, and a washer/dryer closet. The final master bedroom has a queen bed and is attached to another full bathroom with 2 sinks. This property comfortably sleeps seven.

    Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny deck which is shaded for the afternoon "Happy Hour". Plenty of parking under the home, as well as table and chairs, gas grill, and outside shower! Beach chairs, boogey board, and sand toys are available for use while staying at the house. Ask me about our golf cart! Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.

We had a great week here at ocean lakes! We did encounter a few hiccups (nothing major) and Kerry was prompt & got it fixed asap. You will not be disappointed with this home. It has plenty of room for the family. Everything needed to prepare and cook meals. The outdoor shower was grwat

We really enjoyed our stay here! House was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved that it was pet friendly! We also really enjoyed the golf cart. Kerry was wonderful as well and very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and also had a clean grill for cooking out. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and also quiet evening relaxing. The owner is very kind and is quick to respond. We definitely plan on booking again.

My wife, dog, and myself really enjoyed our stay at Kerry’s place. It was in a great location in ocean lakes, set back and quieter but still real quick ride to the beach or activities. The place was clean and had everything we needed and one of the nicer properties in the camp grounds. Kerry was a great host. The golf cart was a great bonus.

The rental was exactly as described. The unit very very clean and newly up-to-date renovations. The owner was extremely responsive. The rental was furnished with anything you could possibly need to have a great vacation. A great location on the ocean lakes property . Easy to get in and out of the property. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect in every way

This house is beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4! Gorgeous- has everything you need for the perfect stay at Ocean Lakes! Kerry is wonderful to work with- incredibly responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to go back! Washer and dryer are wonderful- outdoor shower is so handy after a day at the beach- the covered stair way was amazing as it was raining and we were loading up to go home. The tv and chairs outside were an added bonus that we really enjoyed- the overhead fan made it absolutely enjoyable outdoors! I can’t say enough good things about this house!
