• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driving licence and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
