Great brick home, hardwood floors and a unique design centrally located in downtown Myrtle Beach on a corner lot. There is plenty of parking, a lush backyard, a big bonus room and more than adequate dining space. The ocean and fireworks are visible from the yard!
This location offers you and your guest excitement and tranquility. The home is nestled between two parks, is a 5 minute walk to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, the Beach, Withers Walk, shops and restaurants, a 8 minute walk to 2nd Avenue Pier, a 25 minute walk to the Big Sky Wheel or a 5 minute drive to the Coastal Grand Mall or Walmart.
For your convenience, all bedrooms and living spaces have flat screen tvs. A grill, sofa bed, small appliances, washer and dryer are onsite.
