About this property

Little cottage near the sea! Golf CART is included!

  • This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. This charming 1100 square ft house is less than a 5 minute golf cart ride to our private beach parking and all village amenities. Enjoy indoor pool, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, and more. The new kitchen is fully stocked. 1 king bed in the back bedroom and two twins that can be made into a king in the front bedroom. All new mattresses and bedspreads. All new linens. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, a full laundry room. Outside deck, with a picnic table and an umbrella. New gas grill. Central air, all new windows, floors, doors, Beach chairs, and umbrellas. In 2026, we added a golf cart! We have everything to make you stay fun and comfortable. You only need to bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! 1 small dog is allowed ,50 lbs or less.
